This limo from Cadillac is one hell of a beast, quite literally! With the ability to withstand armour-piercing bullets, 180-degree turning capabilities, pump-action shotguns, tear gas cannons, puncture-resistant tyres, sealed body and a bag of blood with President’s blood group, the car is straight out of a James Bond movie.
Chevrolet Suburban a.k.a Hawkeye Renegade
The black Chevrolet Suburbans that accompany the fleet carry the trained US Secret Service commandos that constitute the Counter Assault Team of the US President, currently Donald Trump. The rear cabin of the Hawkeye has unlatched doors with heavily armed commando ready with an assault rifle. The force inside the Renegade has one job, defend and allow president’s security detail to take him to safety in case of an attack.
Roadrunner | The Communication Hub of the Motorcade
This is a heavily modified truck with the main job of maintaining communication of President with the Vice President and Joint Chiefs of Staff via a military satellite.
Watchtower | The Jammer
This heavily modified Ford truck is the primary defence against missiles, grenades and IEDs. This vehicle can jam radio frequencies to block IEDs and missile threats and can even detect rocket-propelled grenades. The car launches infrared smoke grenades in the event of an attack to hide the President’s car.
