Kia plans to globally unveil the next-generation Seltos in the latter half of 2025, with an upgraded offering—a new 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol-hybrid powertrain. While the technical details have not been revealed by Kia yet, sources suggest that the upcoming hybrid could derive its power from the existing 1.5L NA petrol engine mated to an electric motor, which is also likely to be featured in Kia’s yet-to-be-launched upcoming 3-row SUV meant for India.
