January 2020, Tata launched the facelift of its entry-level hatchback ‘Tiago’. To celebrate its one-year jubilee, Tata has now launched a new limited edition of the hatch. This new edition Tata Tiago is based on the XT variant and costs about ₹5.79 lakhs (ex-showroom) that is ₹29,000 more than the standard version.

The changes in this edition of Tata Tiago are restricted to only the aesthetics. The noticeable changes include:
- Gloss black 14-inch alloy wheels
- Rear Parcel Shelf
- 5-inch infotainment system by Harman with
- 3D Navigation through Navimaps
- Reverse Parking Sensor with Display
- Voice Command Recognition
- Image & Video Playback
Well, these were first available only in the XZ and XZ+ trims. Also, a thing to note is that the Tata Tiago sits ₹16,000 lower than the XZ variant. Moreover, the alloy wheels were a part of the package only in the XZ+ with 15-inch alloys.

Tata Tiago Limited Edition Pricing and More
The new Tata Tiago limited edition is only available with a manual transmission with no option of an AMT. That said, a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine powers the hatch that produces 86hp of max power and 120Nm of peak torque.
Also, adding a unique touch, Tata will only produce 2000 of this edition of Tiago.
Adding value in the hatch is the price, as it is ₹29,000 more than the XT trim on which it is based but gets a lot more creature comforts. Furthermore, offering almost the same features, this edition is ₹16,000 cheaper than the XZ variant. This anniversary edition Tata Tiago costs ₹5.79 lakhs (ex-showroom).
This hatch sits at the right spot as it rivals Maruti Suzuki Celerio, Datsun Go, Hyundai Santro and more.
