Appearance of Skoda Vision 7S Concept at Global Expo 2025.
The 7-seater, all-electric Skoda Vision 7S concept from Skoda makes its appearance at Global Expo 2025. Its concept debuted in 2022 as Skoda’s demonstrator, hinting at the design and tech for its future models. The concept showed its new logo along with a Modern design, some of its design cues are already present in the Elroq electric SUV.

Design of Skoda Vision 7S preview
The design features strong vertical elements, curved surfaces, and minimal cuts and creases. This indicated the departure from Skoda’s current designs, which have a myriad of folds and cuts, and make the cars difficult and expensive to produce.
Another new thing is the face of new Skoda cars – the removal of the traditional grille or frame. The absence of a formal grille in the design has been done to make it electric. Now a large opening in the bonnet wont be required for the engine.

Interior of Skoda Vision 7S preview
Apart from the exterior, the Vision 7S concept also previews a new look for the cabin, where the steering wheel and central area design are oval-shaped, buttons are absent, the interiors are cleaner and the car also gets a large central touchscreen that can be used in portrait or landscape position, similar to what we see on the BYD models. One of the most intriguing features was the positioning of the child seat which is fitted facing against the direction of travel, facing the middle row, Skoda says the child seat is optimally positioned for maximum safety while, efficiently filling the blank space in between.

Specification of Skoda Vision 7S preview
Skoda Vision 7S is packed with an 89kWh battery, which allows it to cover a range of more than 600 km. It has a fast charging capacity of 200kW which should replenish the battery quickly. The 7S is a fairly large SUV measuring 5016mm in length with a wheelbase of 3075mm. It also has decent ground clearance at 242mm on its 22-inch wheels.
The Skoda Vision 7S concept is a bold step towards the future. It combines robustness, functionality, and authenticity. Hyundai Creta Electric, BYD sealion 7 will rival Skoda Vision 7S.
