Toyota SUV Discounts for December 2024
Save Up to Rs 1.6 Lakh
Toyota’s smallest SUV, the Taisor, is offering up to Rs 1 lakh off this month for models with a 100hp turbo-petrol engine. If you’re interested in the 90hp, 1.2-litre NA versions, the discount is around Rs 65,000. The Maruti Grand Vitara-based Hyryder SUV can get discounts up to Rs 1.6 lakh for the 115hp petrol-hybrid models, depending on what’s available. The Hyryder’s 105hp mild-hybrid and 88hp CNG versions have smaller discounts of about Rs 75,000.

Save Up to Rs 2 Lakh
Maruti’s flagship SUV, the Grand Vitara, is available with discounts over Rs 1.5 lakh on the strong hybrid versions with a 115hp petrol-electric engine. The 103hp mild-hybrid and 88hp CNG versions with a 1.5-litre engine get smaller discounts of around Rs 70,000. Maruti’s tough off-roader, the Jimny, is also offering discounts up to Rs 2 lakh at most Nexa dealers. The Jimny comes with a 105hp, 1.5-litre petrol engine and offers both manual and automatic gearbox options.
Skoda-Volkswagen SUV Discounts in December 2024
Save Over Rs 2 Lakh
Volkswagen Group’s India 2.0 SUVs – the VW Taigun and Skoda Kushaq – are offering great discounts across their models. The 115hp, 1.0-litre TSI engine versions have discounts over Rs 2 lakh, while the 150hp, 1.5-litre turbo petrol models get smaller discounts of around Rs 80,000. Some dealers also have older 2023 models with even bigger discounts.
MG SUV Discounts for December 2024
Save Over Rs 2 Lakh
MG Motor India is giving discounts over Rs 2 lakh on the Hector, which comes in five, six, and seven-seat options with 143hp, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol, and 170hp, 2.0-litre engines. The Hector petrol models have manual and CVT gearbox options, while the diesel version is manual only.
MG’s ZS EV, with a 50.3kWh battery and a 461km range, is available with discounts up to Rs 1.5 lakh. The Astor mid-size SUV, which competes with Hyundai’s Creta, has 110hp and 140hp engine options and discounts around Rs 1.25 lakh at most dealers.
Mahindra SUV Discounts for December 2024
Save Over Rs 3 Lakh
Mahindra is offering amazing discounts this month. The XUV400 EV gets discounts up to Rs 3 lakh and comes with 34.5kWh and 39.4kWh battery options, offering ranges of 359km and 456km respectively.
The Thar 3-door Earth Edition 4WD has discounts of Rs 3.06 lakh, while the Thar 3-door petrol 2WD gets discounts of around Rs 1.3 lakh. The second-gen Thar is popular and available with 152hp petrol, 119hp diesel, and 132hp diesel engines. Automatic gearboxes and 4×4 options are available for some models.
All Bolero models are discounted too: the original Bolero has about Rs 1.4 lakh off some versions, the Bolero Neo around Rs 1 lakh, and the Bolero Neo Plus also near Rs 1 lakh. They come with different diesel engines with varying horsepower.
Unsold XUV300 SUVs from 2023 have discounts up to Rs 1.8 lakh. The XUV300 offers various petrol and diesel engines and was replaced by the XUV 3XO in April.
Jeep SUV Discounts for December 2024

The Jeep Compass is available with discounts of Rs 3.2 lakh at most dealers. It’s Jeep’s smallest SUV in India since 2017, but sales have been slow, which is why the discounts are so generous. The Compass has a 170hp, 2.0-litre diesel engine with manual and automatic gearboxes, and some higher models offer AWD.
The larger Meridian SUV, now with a 5-seater option, gets discounts up to Rs 2.8 lakh this month. Whether you choose the three-row or five-seat version, the Meridian maintains the Jeep’s quality.

Tata Motors is offering some of the best discounts this month. Both the Tata Harrier and Safari have discounts up to Rs 3.7 lakh for 2023 models. The popular Nexon can get discounts up to Rs 2.7 lakh for unsold 2023 stock. New 2024 models also have significant discounts based on the variant and available stock.
The Harrier and Safari share a 170hp, 2.0-litre diesel engine and come with both manual and automatic gearbox options. The Nexon is available in petrol, CNG, and diesel versions, with different manual and automatic gearbox choices to suit everyone’s needs.
